Welcome to Dirt and Grit Farm ("Website"), operated by Jensen Family Farm, LLC dba Dirt and Grit Farm ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our Website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of tickets, season passes, and farm products are final and non-refundable. Events take place rain or shine unless otherwise stated. In the event of a total farm closure due to extreme weather, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit for a future visit.

2. Farm Rules & Conduct

For the safety of our guests, staff, and animals, you agree to adhere to the following rules while on our property:

No Pets: For the safety of our farm animals and other guests, pets are not allowed. Valid service animals are welcome.
Animal Enclosures: All farm animals reside in secure, fenced pasture enclosures. Guests are welcome to see and meet them from outside the fences, but entering any animal pens or pasture areas is strictly prohibited.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Picking: Only pick flowers in designated areas. Professional photography requires a separate permit or reservation.
Respect: Please respect our property, animals, and other visitors. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises who violates these rules.

3. Agritourism Warning & Liability

WARNING! Under South Carolina law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity. (Chapter 53, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976)

By entering Dirt and Grit Farm, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, as well as risks inherent to farm activities (including but not limited to uneven ground, insects, and animal behavior).

4. Online Payments & Data

We use **Square** for secure payment processing and **Google Tag Manager** for website analytics. By using our site, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the use of cookies as described in our cookie consent banner.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Website or visit to our farm constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
